The most important reason for no return policy is that our products are used for self-benefits , self beliefs & could have sentimental  & religious values attached to it, so if we accept sold products back it would mean that we are reselling used products which our other clients wouldn’t like to re-use, further we believe someone paying full value for the goods should not receive anything second hand. It’s as good as cheating. We are transparent & free to as many doubts or questions you have prior to purchase. We are open to satisfy all your queries and doubts before you make any purchase.

RH Rudraksh is a customer centric organization. We take pride in providing high-quality, genuine products. We take into account every detail to ensure that our products are of best quality so as to maintain our customer satisfaction. But, unfortunately we can’t offer you return on our products.

Exchange Policy - Exchange of product is only applicable if it meets our terms and conditions of our exchange policy. "IF ANY PRODUCT BEING RECEIVED BROKEN INTO PIECES."

In case you want to exchange any product,  you need to inform us within 5 days of receiving the product. (We will check the shipment delivery date to the client from courier tracking number).

• Make the video while unboxing our product, video should be proper and clear enough to show our company’s name / box and the product, while you are taking it out from the box. If product found broken into pieces when taken out from our company’s box, than it is liable for an exchange with the same product. Send the video immediately to the provided phone number/ WhatsApp/ Email ID after receiving our product and unboxing it. IF THE VIDEO OF UNBOXING THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPER/BLUR OR YOU HAVENT SEND IT WITHIN THE FIVE DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT / WITHIN THE FIVE DAYS OF PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED TO YOU (DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE CLIENT IS TRACKED BY THE TRACKING ID GENERATED TO THE CLIENT WHEN THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROM OUR OFFICE) YOU ARE NOT LIABLE FOR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT. 

• Before Exchange Let Us Know In Details With The Reason Of Exchange.
• Once Your Exchange Has Been Acknowledged By Us, You Can Initiate An Exchange Of Your Package As Per Instructions Given To You By Us.
• Once The Product Being Used By The Customers It Is Not Liable To Get Any Exchange.
• Exchange Will Be Initiated Upon Receipt Of Complete Package.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your purchased item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed & you will be notified by us.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be exchanged.

Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.

Refund Policy – In case of payment failure while making a payment (due to internet issues/failure) from your side, the deducted amount if we receive on the product (twice), we will refund it to your mode of payment within 3 TO 21 working days.
