Refund Policy

We have no return or exchange policy on Rudraksh Beads,  Rudraksh Bandh's , Rudraksh Mala, Customized Rudraksh Mala,  All the Holy Mala's (Tulsi mala, Chandan mala, Kamal Gatha mala,  Baijanti mala,etc.) and other products. Goods once sold will not be taken back.

The most important reason for no return policy is that our products are used for self-benefits , self beliefs & could have sentimental  & religious values attached to it, so if we accept sold products back it would mean that we are reselling used products which our other clients wouldn’t like to re-use, further we believe someone paying full value for the goods should not receive anything second hand. It’s as good as cheating. We are transparent & free to as many doubts or questions you have prior to purchase. We are open to satisfy all your queries and doubts before you make any purchase.

Exchange Policy - Exchange of product is only applicable to healing stone & healing stone products. Any item lesser than Rupees 2,500/- doesn’t have exchange policy.

In case you want to exchange any healing stone or healing stone products you need to inform us within 2 days of receiving the product. (We will check the shipment received by the clients through our courier tracking no).

  • Before Exchange Let Us Know In Details With The Reason Of Exchange.
  • Once Your Exchange Has Been Acknowledged By Us, You Can Initiate An Exchange Of Your Package As Per Instructions Given To You By Us.
  • Once The Product Being Used By The Customers It Is Not Liable To Get Any Exchange.
  • Exchange Will Be Initiated Upon Receipt Of Complete Package.

Exchange (if applicable) 

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your purchased item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed & you will be notified by us.

Please send us an email at rhrudraksh9@gmail.com before initiating the exchange. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service or speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Lost and damaged packages will not be exchanged.

Refund Policy – In case of payment failure while making a payment (due to internet issues/failure) from your side, the deducted amount if we receive on the product (twice), we will refund it to your mode of payment within 3 TO 21 working days.

If amount debited from customer account and order not confirmed, RH Rudraksh will refund the entire amount electronically (as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.
